Podcast Coordinator
SeekersGuidance is looking for a dedicated Podcast Coordinator to manage and enhance our podcast offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Islamic scholarship, be proficient in both English and Arabic, and possess strong coordination and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate podcast recordings.
- Liaise with guest speakers, scholars, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the podcast calendar and ensure the timely release of episodes.
Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to SeekersGuidance’s standards and processes.
- Ensure all podcast content meets the organization’s quality and editorial guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of podcast episodes.
Technical Management:
- Oversee the editing and post-production process.
- Ensure podcasts are uploaded and distributed on all relevant platforms.
- Implement podcast and media best practices.
Growth and Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in podcasting and media.
- Explore new opportunities to expand the podcast’s reach and audience.
- Be eager to learn and grow within the role and the organization.
Key Skills:
- Coordination: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Standards and Processes: Ability to work within established guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Podcast and Media Expertise: Familiarity with podcast production, editing software, and media best practices.

Qualifications:
