Media Coordinator / Video Editor
We are presently seeking an experienced professional who involves in managing media activities and communications for classes, events and projects, ensuring effective outreach and engagement strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills and media expertise to enhance visibility and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily and weekly reports (Basecamp check-ins) on media deliverables and projects to the Media Manager.
- Assist the Media Manager in identifying content-related issues and overcoming obstacles in all media strategic development.
- Plan and oversee multiple projects, creating project briefs to facilitate collaboration within the media team.
- Monitor all crucial deadlines and assisting in creating a priority list.
- Manage media team projects by collaborating with the Media Manager to strategize media output for SeekersGuidance, SeekersGuidance Arabiyya, and SeekersGuidance Canada, while establishing and maintaining media standards in meeting all project requirements.
- Collaborate with the media team in Turkey to identify ongoing projects, enhance efficiency, meet deliverable targets, develop strategies and processes, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with department managers to assess their specific media requirements, organizing tasks, and initiating projects to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the Media Manager to ensure media goals align with the Outreach framework document.
- Stay up to date on media standards and providing assistance to instructors with media setups and equipment usage by assigning relevant tasks to media team members.
- Enhance skills in media-related areas such as video editing, storyboarding, and streaming to gain a deeper understanding of the department’s creative output.
- Manage and complete all assigned animation and video editing tasks including:
- Creating course clips from Global and Canada sources.
- Every completed Academy course must meet its minimum requirement of relevant clips related to the course subject. Once classes are uploaded to YouTube, they should be downloaded and edited accordingly.
- Develop templates for course clips with the required dimensions.
- Create SeekersStories and Testimonial Videos.
- Providing support for development clips.
- Assist with streaming operations.
- Allocating 12 hours per month for professional self-development to enhance performance in the role.
- Scheduling office hours with the department manager to dedicate 60% of working hours for productive collaboration, ensuring efficiency, and allowing the manager to review work before completion.
