Content Assistant (Arabic)
The Content Assistant (Arabic) plays a critical role in maintaining the coherence and quality of answers provided by our teachers. This individual will be vital in our efforts to streamline the process of responding to questions, ensuring that all interactions meet the specified standards and are delivered in a timely manner.
Key Job Parameters:
- Part time: 20 hours a week
- Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek written and video questions for scholars, ensuring consistency.
- Monitor and manage answer schedules, following up with teachers to address any delays in answering questions.
- Maintain a standardized process for handling questions, allowing for exceptions as needed, to ensure all scholars adhere to the same protocol.
- Oversee the organization and presentation of all answers, checking against the Seekers’ Style Guide to ensure consistency.
- Work closely with the Answers Coordinator.
Objectives:
- The Content Assistant (Arabic) will establish and maintain a framework that ensures a unified approach to managing and publishing answers from scholars. Through careful coordination and oversight, this role will significantly contribute to Seekers’ mission of providing clear, consistent, and reliable guidance to its audience.
Job Summary:
- Assign, edit, and publish questions and answers in Arabic.
- Edit and publish articles.
- Edit and publish podcasts.
