Academy Operations Manager
SeekersGuidance seeks a highly organized Academy Operations Manager to streamline operations at our dynamic online academy. This role involves refining processes, monitoring KPIs, and driving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development & Management: Oversee development and operational aspects of courses, ensuring alignment with academic standards and operational benchmarks. Facilitate content creation, quality assurance, and instructor engagement.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Work with academy leadership to set objectives and key results (OKRs), and develop strategic plans that translate into actionable projects.
- Intra-organizational Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads to ensure cohesive strategies and facilitate cross-departmental collaborations.
- Platform & Project Management: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), oversee technical projects, and analyze usage to optimize course offerings.
- Academic Planning & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with academic leaders to develop strategies that adhere to standards and oversee their implementation.
- Promotion & Outreach: Direct course promotion efforts to enhance visibility and increase enrollments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years in operations management, preferably within education or community-focused organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
Deliverables:
- Enhance course development and management to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
- Meet KPIs related to course enrollments, completion rates, and quality of instruction.
- Ensure successful execution of academic projects and strategies.
Follow-ups:
- Quarterly reviews with senior management to assess progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
