What is the Ruling on Excessive Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question
I am newly married. Additionally, I am now experiencing excessive pre-ejaculatory fluid. My ablution will be broken if it reaches the top of the penis. Since I got married, this problem has been bothering me. I make ablution several times for prayer. Despite that, I cannot finish my prayer due to noticing pre-ejaculatory fluid on my underwear. I also woke up for fajr 1-2 times but in vain due to the problem. This results in me constantly making up missed prayers or worrying about not praying properly (enjoying worship).
I don’t have any known medical excuse for this. I suppose it is solely due to the thoughts and excitement that follow getting newly married.

Excused Person (Ma‘dhur)
Excessive fluid (madhi) is due to you being newly married. If you suffer from constant leakage of madhi in which you are not able to perform wudu and a whole prayer, then you will be considered an excused person (ma‘dhur). Thus you will only:
- Perform wudu at the time of every fard prayer; and
- Pray with that wudu as many fard or nawafil as one wishes.
Pre-Ejaculatory Fluid (Madhi)
Pre-ejaculatory fluid (madhi) is a thin white liquid that exits near the time of arousal, not due to the arousal itself. It also differs from semen(mani) in that it doesn’t exit in spurts, the erection normally does not subside with its release, and its exit might not even be felt. It requires one to do wudu, not a bath (ghusl). [Tahtawi, Hashiyat al-Tahtawi ‘ala Maraqi al-Falah]
‘Ali bin Abi Talib (Allah be pleased with him) said, “I was a person who often had pre-seminal fluid. So I commanded someone to ask the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) because His daughter is my wife, so he asked Him, and the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said, “Perform wudu and wash your private part.” [Bukhari]
Excessive fluid (madhi) is due to you being newly married. You will continue to do wudu and seek medical and alternative medical advice if you think it is bothering you beyond your control.
