Will It effect Divorce If My Husband Says during a Fight, “Go Find Another Husband.”?

Question
When my husband is angry at me while we are fighting, he sometimes tells me to “Go find another husband.” How dangerous is it to say such a thing in Islam? Does this come close to divorce when he says that?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate
I pray you are in good faith and health. It is sad to hear such statements for a wife.
It is dangerous to make statements like “Go find another husband,” because if the husband intended and other aspects were considered, divorce could occur. However, in your case, it has become his habit and will not be changed.
Divorce
Divorce is of two types:
1) Clear and plain words exclusive to issuing divorce; and
2) Allusive (kinaya) words.
Allusive words are ambiguous words and statements, and they do not effect divorce unless used with intent or determined by the situation. Allusive words are not only used to issue divorces but they can also be implied and hinted at. As a result, given each circumstance, other aspects must be considered and assessed in addition to the utterance and intention. [Ibn ’Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
You should sit down with him when the time is right and discuss it with him. He is responsible for the potential outcomes as the head of the family. Please discuss your mutual concern that you both need to be careful in how you act and react in future situations.
