When Is the Wudu of an Excused Person Invalidated?

Is the prayer of a woman in a state of irregular bleeding (isitihada) invalidated if she has been able to pray one cycle before the exiting of the prayer time?

I pray this finds you in the best of states.

Yes, an excused person will have his prayer invalidated if the exiting of the time of the obligatory prayer happens before the completion of his prayer. [Birigivi, Zukhr al-Muta’ahilin]The state of ritual purity of an excused person becomes voided as soon as the time of the current obligatory prayer ends. [ibid]

If the above happens, the prayer will have to be repeated.

Nonetheless, rest assured that Allah, Most High, is witnessing and will reward the slightest of your efforts to get closer to Him.

Allah, Most High, says: “I will never deny any of you—male or female—the reward of your deeds. Both are equal in reward.” [3.195]

Exception

If an excused person performed wudu during a specific prayer time, and his excuse didn’t happen after this wudu, then this wudu won’t be invalidated by the exiting of the prayer time. [Birigivi, Zukhr al-Muta’ahilin]
