What Is the Ruling of Dried-Up Pre-sexual Fluid (Madhy) on One’s Clothes?

Question
If pre-sexual fluid (madhy) dries up in clothes and no trace of it can be detected like color, smell, or taste, then what is the ruling of this case?

Pre-sexual Fluid (Madhy)
Pre-sexual fluid (madhy) is heavy filth (najasa mughallaza) and is considered indiscernible filth, which cannot be seen after drying up.
When heavy filth (najasa mughallaza) which is indiscernible, is on one’s clothes, it is purified by washing and squeezing the area three times. In modern terms, if the affected area is placed under flowing water such that water strikes the area, left, and replaced with other water for a total of three times, based on reasonable likelihood, takes the place of washing and squeezing three times.
