How do I tell my relative who leads prayer that his ‘awra keeps getting uncovered?

We inform them about the uncovering of their ‘awra with adab. One is prescribed not to look, but a small amount of uncovering (less than a quarter of an entire limb) is excused so it would not affect the validity of the prayer.
