Will a Curse Made in Anger Without Intention Backfire, and Have I Breached Rights Despite Repenting?

Question
I texted a curse about my teacher’s child out of anger but did not mean it from my heart. I have repented and regret it deeply. Will this backfire on me or affect my child? Have I breached his rights, and will Allah protect me from the curse if it caused no harm?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate
As you have mentioned, this curse was not from the heart, and most importantly, you have repented and regretted it. Don’t worry; you will be protected. Amin.
Allah Most High said, “As for those who repent, believe, and do good deeds, they are the ones whose evil deeds Allah will change into good deeds. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful”. [Quran, 25:70]
In another verse, He said, “The repentance accepted by Allah is only for those who do wrong in ignorance [or carelessness] and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is ever Knowing and Wise”. [Quran, 4:17]
Anas ibn Malik (Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: “Allah Most High says, ‘O Son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and have hope in Me, I shall forgive you for whatever you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds of the sky and then you were to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, if you were to come to Me with an earth full of sins and were you to face Me without ascribing any partner to Me, I would grant you an earth full of forgiveness.”
