Does a Woman Have to Wear a Hijab around Male Staff in Her Home?

If a Muslim family is wealthy enough to hire domestic staff and some of them are male, are the women required to wear hijab in their staff’s presence? It seems it would be impractical and a hardship to always have to wear hijab in your own home.
Answer
Thank you for your question. It is not permissible for a woman to uncover anything but her face and hands around male domestic staff/servants. A family would do better to hire women for domestic work, so the women can be more comfortable.
