What Should We Do After We Were Intimate during Menstruation?

I had intimacy when my menses ended but before the ritual bath. It was unintentional and my husband stopped immediately after I told him I’m impure. I had a ghusl at 9 pm but noticed blood shortly after. So in actuality, we were intimate mistakenly because it was not over. He did stop as soon as I told him. What can we do?
