09 – al-Baqara : 30-33 – Seekers Quran Tafsir- Shaykh Abdul-Rahim Reasat


In this podcast lesson, Shaykh Abdul -Rahim Reasat will explain verses 30-33 of sura al-Baqara. He starts by describing how Allah asks those who disbelieve how they could be in disbelief after all that Allah has done for them. He explains why Allah created a khalifa(vicegerent) on earth and the khalifas’ role.

Shaykh Abdul-Rahim expands on that the highest rank a person could have is a slave and servant of Allah. This goes for the Prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace) as well his highest station is that he is the slave of Allah.

What is meant by teaching The Prophet Adam(peace be upon him) names of all things is detailed out and shown the vastness and reality of things taught to Adam.
