Is the Leftover Water on My Body after an Istinja Pure?

Could you please tell me if the istinja water that flows a little here and there (to the side of the butt perhaps) should be considered najis or pure? It may be the same water that washed away the urine and flowed to the side. This is a case of a female who spends more than the usual time during istinja. In case it’s najis, does washing it with hand and water make the hand impure as well? Please answer soon. Jazak Allah.

I pray this finds you in the best of states.
Yes, the leftover water on your body after an Istinja is pure.
As soon as you have performed your cleaning (istinja) using water and feel confident that you have cleaned the filthy area, every part of your body involved in the process of istinja is deemed pure: the rear part, the hand you have used…Even the handle of the container of water you were using is deemed pure despite having been touched by your cleaning hand multiple times. [Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]
Allah (Most High) says: “Allah does not require of any soul more than what it can afford.” [Quran, 2:286]
The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) has warned us: “Religion is easy, and no one overburdens himself in his religion, but he will be unable to continue in that way. So do not be extremists, but try to be near perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded.” [Bukhari, Muslim]
