How Do We Present Salam in Front of the Grave of the Prophet ﷺ from Someone Else? What Do We Say in Arabic?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate

If you can speak in Arabic, you would say:

أُقْرِأُ عليكم السلام عن فلان بن فلان
I send peace upon you from so and so.

If you cannot speak Arabic, you can say the equivalent in whatever language you speak.

You do not need to be directly in front of the blessed grave of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and give him peace) to convey the salam.
