Is Al-Fiqh al-Akbar Falsely Attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa?

I regularly come across people from the so-called Salafi movement who claim that the Aqida book known as al-Fiqh al-Akbar is falsely attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa (Allah have mercy on him) and that it has nothing to do with his actual beliefs. I wanted to know if these claims have any evidence to support them.

This is their understanding. However, verified research shows that “AI-Fiqh al-Akbar” is a treatise authored by the Great Imam, and it is a reliable and widely accepted work, as stated by the Ottoman scholar Imam Maghnisawi (Allah have mercy on him), who has done a commentary on it. The English translation of the commentary has been done expertly with copious notes carefully selected from Mulla’ Ali al-Qari’s super-commentary. You can find the link to this English work below
