Can on Say “Allah Is the Enabler of All Affairs”?

Question
If one says, “Allah is the enabler of all affairs,” intending that without His permission, nothing can take place, is it correct?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful and Compassionate.
There is nothing wrong with this. There are similar expressions in the Quran and Sunna.
Allah Most High consistently reminds us in the Quran that all facilitation from Allah is for those who believe in Him and follow His guidance.
Allah’s Promise of Ease
Allah Most High promises to make things easy for His servants in this life and the next.
He says, “And whoever is mindful of Allah – He will make for him a way out. And He will provide for him from where he does not expect.” [Quran, 65:2-3]
The Supplication of Prophet Moses
Another example of facilitation from Allah is the supplication of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him).
When he was sent to Pharaoh, Prophet Moses asked Allah: “My Lord, expand for me my breast; facilitate for me my task; and untie the knot from my tongue, so they better understand my speech.” [Quran, 20:25-28]
Allah Facilitating Understanding of the Quran
Allah facilitates the understanding of His Book for those who reflect on its verses and seek His guidance.
“(This is) a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, so that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.” [Quran, 38:29]
These are a few examples of facilitation from Allah.
They show us His vast mercy, generosity, and wisdom.
They also inspire us to trust Him, be mindful of Him, and follow His commands out of love and gratitude.
May Allah make us among those who are facilitated by Him in this life and the next.
And all facilitation and success is from Allah Most High.
