When Should I Pray the Witr Prayer?

Question: Assalam alaykum,

When should I pray the witr prayer?

Answer: Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

I pray that you are well, insha’Allah.

I sent a response to the other questions.

You should pray Witr after `Isha’, unless you habitually wake up before Fajr with enough time to complete the Witr before the Fajr adhan. It may be safer to pray before sleep.
