Question: Is it permissible to kill pigeons that are damaging my home and vehicle?

It is permissible to kill animals if they are damaging your property. Please see: Mercy Killing of Animals to End their Suffering

The question here is whether or not the occasional dropping really constitutes “damage”. Unless it is excessive, it wouldn’t really seem to be “damage”. See: How To Recover The Car Paint Damage From Bird Droppings for more details.
