Would it Effect One’s Marriage if One Imagines Being the Person in the Video?
Answered by Mawlana Ilyas Patel
Question
Does imagining herself in scenarios from every video affect her marriage? Should she seek therapy? What does Islam say about it?
Answer
This is incorrect and will not affect your marriage in any way.
Also, mere assumptions have no legal consequence. Mere possibilities and even likelihoods do not change this. There is a fiqh principle: mere doubts and suppositions are of no legal effect.
