Question

If a woman watches another woman without a hijab, touching and shaking hands with non-mahram men, am I sinning by watching her in a video? Would I bear the same sin as her?

Thank you for your question. May Allah reward you for being concerned about what your eyes consume and may Allah continue to help you preserve your gaze. If you watch a woman shake hands with men or the like, you will not bear that sin.
